About DFW Water Damage Repair
DFW Water Damage Repair is a water damage restoration service for the Dallas-Fort Worth area, built around one idea: the first hours decide the job. Crews are dispatched the same day for active water, they arrive with the extraction and drying equipment already on the truck, and they measure rather than guess. This page explains how the work is organized and what you can hold us to.

How a job runs
The person who answers the phone asks about the water, not about your insurance. Where it is, whether it is still running, what kind of water and how long it has been there. That is enough to size the crew and the equipment, and if a shutoff valve needs finding, they stay on the line while you find it.
On site the technician maps the wet area with a moisture meter before anything is moved, photographs it, and explains what has to come out and what can be dried in place. The extraction and the drying start on that same visit. Someone comes back each day to read the meters, and the equipment leaves when the numbers say the building is dry.
You get the records at the end: photos, daily readings, the equipment log and a list of removed materials with measurements. Those are the documents an insurance adjuster asks for, and they are yours whether or not you file a claim.
What we say no to
We do not quote a price over the phone, because nobody can see inside a wall from a phone. We do not tell you what your insurance policy covers; the adjuster does that. We do not remove more than the readings justify, and we do not leave material that reads wet behind new paint. If a job needs a plumber, a roofer or a mold remediation contractor, we say so instead of stretching.
What you can hold us to
Plain commitments, the kind you can check against what actually happened.
A written scope before work starts
What will be removed, what will be dried in place and what the equipment plan is, in writing, before you agree to anything.
Moisture readings you can see
The meter is read in front of you on the first visit and every day after. Dry means the numbers match the dry parts of your house.
Photos of everything before it moves
Every room, every material and the source of the water, photographed before removal, so the record is complete.
One crew, one point of contact
The same team from extraction through the final reading, and one number to call with questions.
Credentials and coverage
The items below are stated only where they apply to this business.
Emergency response around the clock
The phone is answered at night, on weekends and on holidays, and a crew is dispatched the same day for active water.
Licensed and insured
The technicians who work in your home carry the licenses the state requires for this work and are insured for it.
Free on-site estimates
Someone comes out, measures the moisture and writes the estimate before anything is agreed. There is no charge for that visit.
Not sure how bad it is?
Describe it on the phone. If it needs a visit, someone comes out with a moisture meter and gives you a straight answer.
